There can be some internal errors in the Flash application. This can be tested as follows:
1. Go to the Adobe Flash Plugin download page: http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplaye ... loads.html
2. Download the Flash Player content debugger for Internet Explorer - ActiveX
3. Install it and test the web project in Internet Explorer.

If there is some error in the Flash application, the error window with error stack will be shown. Please tell us about the results.
