Add: The WebPreview tab is added to the standalone report designer.
Add: A new FullScreenMode property is added to WebViewer.Fx.
Add: A new AppCacheDirectory property is added to WebViewer.Fx.
Add: A new GetReport event is added to WebViewer.Fx.
Fix: Some problems with the Drill-Down report.
