Designer 2022.5.3 looks weird

Hi,

I tried to install Stimulsoft Designer on a new Windows 11 computer. But it behaves strangely, I cannot see Businessobjects and the GUI looks weird:

Anyone have any idea what's wrong here?

Please check the Scale Mode option in the designer settings.
