Export html file to Pdf and Rtf

Post by Lior Schwimmer »

Hi,
What is the best way to export the following html to pdf and Rtf.

PACKING AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

THIS FORM MUST BE SIGNED AND RETURNED TO
SECURE YOUR UPCOMING EXHIBITION

Our mutual goal is to have a successful exhibition.

Please follow these instructions closely!

PREPARING YOUR ARTWORK

·
Print
your name, title of the work, dimensions in inches and retail price of the work
on a label and place it on the back at the top of the work (or on the base of
the sculpture).

·
Paintings,
drawings, photographs and any other artwork that is intended to hang on the
walls must include a hanging wire Make sure the hanging wire is not higher
then the top of the frame and that it is strong enough to support your artwork.
Unframed work must be gallery wrapped and cannot show staples. For example
visit http://www.agora-gallery.com/welcome/galleryWrap.html

·
Use only Plexiglas when framing your work to
ensure safe handling of the work.  Framing and stretching services are
available and you might be able to lower your shipping expenses if you send the
work rolled in a tube. Use the attached framing form to request an
estimate.

PACKING YOUR ARTWORK

·
Use high quality new cardboard boxes and packing
material.
Your unsold artwork will be returned to you in the same boxes. Make
sure it is easy to unpack and that the packing material is reusable.

·
Print your name + the
titles of the artwork very
clearly on the boxes.

·
DO NOT USE WOOD
CRATES!  All wood crates
will be subject to a storage fee. If you must use a crate you must receive a written authorization before
shipping a crate. Contact the gallery
with exact crates dimensions for a storage estimate.

ANY CRATE THAT ARRIVES WITHOUT PRIOR
AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED.

SHIPPING YOUR ARTWORK TO
THE GALLERY

·
Shipping
company must deliver the artwork INTO the gallery.
We will not accept sidewalk deliveries.

·
If you
are shipping from outside of the continental US, the shipment must also be
marked duty-paid by the sender (you).  Your shipping company should be able
to provide you with this service. If we must release work on your behalf from
customs, there will be a fee for our time.

·
Agora
Gallery will not be
responsible for your artwork while it is in transit, to or from the gallery,
and in the hands of the shipping companies.  Please arrange for insurance with
your carrier.

·
We
strongly advise you NOT to use the express mail service to send artwork - you
will not be rescheduled for another exhibition if the packages arrive late.

I have read, understood and agree to the above instructions
