To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

Our importing tool is used the specific version of the Crystal Reports engine. So, you need to have the version (13.0.2000.0) of the Crystal Reports on your computer.
If you do not have this version of assemblies, but have another version you can recompile import tool with another version of the Crystal Reports. You can download
source code of the import tool here:

You can use any version of the Crystal Reports, but in your case you need recompile our importing tool with your version of Crystal assemblies.

You can copy all necessaries assemblies to the bin folder add it to the references and compile.

You don't need to install the Crystal on your server.
Please, install it on your developing machine and compile the importing tool.
