Populate one dropdown with another dropdown's value

When i tried to use two drop down one need to bind with another drop downs selected value ; Here i have only one submit button........the second one is not binding.

Here i am using 2014.1 stimulsoft.web version. Here i don't have the option for depended value instead i am getting format mask .
