Func.EngineHelper.JoinColumnContent

I am trying to popolate my report with all the data that represents this column. {Func.EngineHelper.JoinColumnContent(Registration.oRegistrationGroups.oRegistrationGroupGrades, "Grade", ",")}

For some reason the data does not get populated. For a particular test, I put in the following replacement Registration.oRegistrationGroups.oRegistrationGroupGrades.Grade and a single data point comes out as expected "04". So it appears this function is not working appropriately.

we are runnning version: 2015.3 from 1 december 2015
.NET Framework v4.0.30319

Any advice is appreciated.
