Unwanted 1px height row in report viewer

After updating our report viewer to 2016.1.10, I am getting this rogue row in my report viewer that is 1px high. When I export to PDF that row is not there and it wasn't there prior to updating the viewer. Do you know what could be causing this? It's strange that it's only happening in that one location as all of the columns/rows are basically set up the same way. See images for screen shots of my designer vs the output (issue is between items 21 & 22).
