Authentication required

Hi,
After we published our website online we receive "Authentication required" message box.
We added a config file to the report folder but it does not fix the proble.

What should we do?

we use Stimulsoft Reports.Web 2015.3.0.0

We utilize StiWebViewer in a our web report, the reports work fine on the localhost. i.e we can open page that contains the report with NO problem. However, when we upload the project to our server we can NOT open the report pages! instead of seeing the report we see this message (please see the attached file)

Sorry, but there is no such message in our product.
There is even no any Authentication feature at all.
