Is there a version of this that doesn't overwrite the page it is on?

I tried incorporating the report designer / viewers into a frameset which worked well except for the fact that when the designer / viewer loaded, they overwrote any hidden controls / update panels / whatever else I had on the page with a different page.

Because of that, I wouldn't be able to keep track of which report was which without storing an ID in a database and checking it or making any javascript calls to the parent frame if I tried to use this product.

Is there a version of this control that loads it into the page without replacing everything around it?

Hello,

On the current moment WebViewer and WebViewerFx work on aspx page with other controls and scripts. WebDesigner completely reloads a page and is opened on all browser window (or frame). In the future we are planning to add work of WebDesigner the same way as WebViewerFx now works.

Thank you.

I recently upgraded from the 2009.1 trial edition to the 2010.1 full edittion and I noticed that my session kept getting dropped after saving a report. :brick:

I did not experience this issue in version 2009.1 Trial. The application that we want to use stimulsoft for REQUIRES the session to be intact. Is there any way to turn off this "feature" of opening a new session after saving?

Hello,

Please send us to support[at]stimulsoft.com .aspx and .cs (or .vb) files that you use to load and save reports in WebDesigner.

Thank you.
