Print size of PDF export

I made application that is able to export PDF directly to file but when I print this report, PDF version is slightly smaller than original printout.
Why is that?
My clients is complaining that it just look like original but because it is smaller it looks like changed image.

Please, send us a sample where we could see that the report becomes smaller.
Are you sure that you don't set Fit to Page setting when you print the PDF?
