Why the Colour of Lines is Red on the PageHeader?

Today I installer the new version of 2010.1.When I running the program,I find the colour of lines turn to red on the PageHeader.But the colour of line I set is black.So I want to solve this ploblem.

The lines from the left toolbar are what I draw on the page,like Horizontal Line or Vertical Line.
