CrossTab with unlimited height

Hi,

I'm trying to define a report with a crosstab, which height can be very important. So I set the height of the page to "unlimited". Still, the page doesn't expand, the crosstab is not fully shown.

I would like to export it to Excel so I need only one header, and the rest of the crosstab with no page break if possible.

I'm joining an example with sample data.
Can you please have a look?
