Problem using Totals.SumAllLevels

Hello,

I'm using Hierarchical Band and having problems using this function Totals.SumAllLevels,
when i render the report to Designer -> Web Preview, it displays the value,

But when i try to display it to my website, it doesn't seem to display/compute? its blank is if the function is not called.

Hoping for you fast reply and suggestion for its fix.
