Allow Html Tags excel export

Are there any improvements now?
We have 500Mb report because fields with "Allow HTML tags" are imported to excel as images.
We can't avoid using "Allow HTML tags" as the text should be formatted.

Hello.

We had made an improvement about a year ago.
The export of HTML tags is supported in Excel 2007 and above.
Unfortunately, it's impossible to do for earlier versions of Excel.
