Page with Solid Brush

Hello,

Want to create a report, that will have a solid brush blue in all pages of my report.
But, what i want is that this color blue doesn't appear in the area of the ReportTilteBand, that will be printed in all the pages also.
How can i do this?

Please try to place the Text component with no transparent color under the ReportTilteBand.
