Why Collapse and Expand appear to the right of field?

Dear Support Team,
I am using web report viewer 2016.1.28 and collapse and expand button appear to the right of field ,and i have already a windows application that use windows report viewer 2010.2.729.0 and collapse and expand button appear to left.
Is this change intended or bug ? and if it is intended why?
because the button to be at left will appear fix position but when it appear to right its position will be variable according to text length and this can confuse user.

We couldn't reproduce this bug.
Please send us a simple report with test data which reproduces the issue for analysis.
Also, please clarify which viewer do you use?
