We were not able to save the report/printout into WORD, PDF and EXCEL format.
I have had tried to generate the report/printout and attempted to save into PDF and/or WORD format. Below are my findings:
(a) For the first 10 minutes, I was able to generate the report/printout for viewing online. But when I attempt to save and/or open the report into PDF/WORD format, the small pop-up window showing the system is downloading the file appears and stay for more than 5 minutes before I cancel the action even when the report is only 1 liner report.
(b) For the next 5 minutes, when I was able to generate the report/printout for viewing online as well as successfully save it into PDF, Excel and Word format within seconds.
(c) For the next 5 minutes, the same problem encountered as per described in part (a).
(d) For the last 5 minutes, again I managed to save the file.

As i see from your message you save report to pdf (and etc) format from web viewer. When you call save to pdf menu item, webviewer send request to server. Web server create pdf file and send it to client as response. If you see Save As dialog then pdf file created successfully. This problem related to server or client (web browser). I think server can't transfer file to client or webbrowser can't receive file from webserver (possible AntiVirus protection). Also server and client lost connection.
