How to Get Tool tip in a Checked List Box?

Hi All,
i am finding out some info how to Get Tool tip in a Checked List Box but till now not luck.
My purpose is when i put he mouse on a Item of Checked List Box i want to appear a ToolTip with some info about that Item.
Do you have any idea to help me ?
