Master-Detail report

I am trying to create master-detail report on MSSQL database, and without good result. I can get master list without details, or master list with all details, not only related. It seems that this is something like : viewtopic.php?f=8&t=49111&p=115361&hili ... il#p115361 . Sample report with database attached.
