"Design" on a StiWebReport doesn't work in Visual Studio

I have added a StiWebReport to an aspx file. I used to click "Design" on the action menu of the object to open it in the editor. That doesn't seem to work anymore. It now says "Error invoking 'Design Report'. Details: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation."

I think it started throwing this error after I installed version 2010.2.734.0 while I previously only had 2010.1.700.0, but I'm not sure if this is causing it.

Save to file and open from file works ok. I'm able to start the Design program by using the start menu shortcut without any issues.

Is this a known issue? Reinstalling 2010.1.700.0 did not change a thing. I haven't uninstalled 2010.2.734.0.
