height on rows after report are much larger

Not sure why my rows after my report is so large. After my report has all the data needed, the row heights after are very large.

Hello.

You get the blank space because of the large Panels.
Please, set the Can Shrink properties of the Panel1, Panel2, Panel7 and Panel8 to True. And place them on the additional DataBand.
