HTML Web Designer - Segment per Width

Using Stimulsoft v2016.2, I can't find the Segment per Width / Height settings anymore on the Mvc Mobile Designer. Did this feature get taken out? We previously were using the Flash designer but are phasing that out for the new HTML5 based designer. Reports with segmented pages made with the Flash designer still render correctly in the new designer preview, but the settings are not there anymore in the Properties panel. This is a showstopper for us to move away from the Flash-based designer.

PS: I look at the demo sites on Stimulsoft and they exhibit the same issue.
