CSV Export gives empty file

I have a report in which there is one databand and a number of group bands. All the outputs for the report are in the group bands; the databand is closed up and has no text fields in it.
When exporting to CSV there is no data in the resulting file. If I open out the databand and include a data field in it, the CSV file has this field only.

How can I ensure that the rest of the report appears in the CSV export file?
