Empty pdf using conntected databands

Hi,

we have issues exporting a report to pdf. The simple report using two databands, one for header and the second one for detail. The detail datasource has a relation to the header datasource and is conntected via "Maincomponent" to the header. The preview shows all fine over all pages, but if we export it to pdf via designer or via "code-behind" the pdf is empty. See attachments for more informations. Did we anything wrong or is there a bug generating pdf using datasource relations?
Currently we can only reproduce the issue using "conntected" databands. Pdf exports without "connected" bands works fine.
