Object refrence not set to an instance of an object.

I faced with the similar situation too. I'm using 2010 ultimate version of stimulsoft report, windows 7 32 bit and also Visual studio 2010.

Hello,

Visual studio 2010 uses .Net 4.0 by default. To work with 4.0 you can download a version for .NET 4.0 of the designer at
http://www.stimulsoft.com/ReportsUltimateDownloads.aspx
