Report grouping with graph

Hello, I'm trying to create a bar graph report for a series of work activities and have it grouped based on year.
The grouping is easy enough, and my graph does display with valid information in each group, but the graph is showing
data for all years, and not just the year pertaining to the group in question. Is there a way to limit the graph to only
show data relevant to the particular group? I've attached a copy of the report I'm using for testing. Can someone take
a peek at it and see what I might be doing wrong?

In this case, you should use master-detail construction instead a grouping.
Please send us a test data for your report, we will try to prepare a solution for you.
