Dock to bottom

I have a complex report, which has a number of report title pages. On the first one, there are text controls which can grow, and some images. There is one fixed image which I would like to dock at the bottom of that page, whereas everything else will float based on the text size. So I would like variable white space between the text and the docked image at the bottom. Page headers and footers are defined. I would like a way to have this one image at the bottom of the page, just above the page footer, rather than float.
