3D charts

Post by ecpmiranda »

Is there a way to render 3D chart like the image attached?
I created a chart but not found some 3D property so I can accomplish the same result in the image attached.

Hello.

Unfortunately, it's impossible to create such charts in our product.

Thank you.

Is there a way to use shadows in the bars? I think shadows will solve my problem.
Another question: how can I set bar width and the spacing between bars?

Hello.

You could set the bar width with the Width property of the Series.
The space between tabs depends on this property too.

Thank you.

I'm also trying to figure out how to make the bars of a bar chart wider. I've set the width property of the series to be 1,
but I'd still like the bars to be twice as width (or more) than what is in the attached image. Is there a setting other
than the series width that I could adjust? I did try to make the width of the series greater than 1, but it just keeps
defaulting back to 1.

Thanks,
Carl

Hello,

Width property for Series - width factor of one bar series. Value 1 is equal to 100%

Thank you.

Thanks Aleksey, I do have the width property set to 1. It seems that the width of the bars also depend on the number of arguments along the x-axis.
I've attached a pdf of a report to show what I mean. On page 1 (with 5 arguments) the bars are a reasonable width (maybe a little wide), on pages 3 & 4
(with only 1 argument) the bar is really wide. On the last page (with 22 arguments) the bars seem a little too narrow.

Something else I noticed as I was writing this note... is that the placement of ticks under the bars seem to be offset from the bars.
Could this be because I have an Auto-Series Key Data Column setup?

Hello,

Unfortunately, at the current moment. it works as is.
The width depends on the number of series and is recalculated.

Thank you.
