Issue with group header and print on all pages

I found a problem with GroupHeaderBand using the "Print on all pages" option. The problem is when you finish the page and start a new one, with a new group. See in the PDF file, at the bottom of page 2 and at the top of page 3, the GroupHeaderBand does not appear.
