Crosstab: conditional formatting based on cell to the right

Is it possible to create conditional formatting within a crosstab? I need to look to the value on the right to determine color.
If the value is greater or equal to than that to the right, it should be green (indicating an increase from the previous month).
If the value is less than that to the right, it should be red (indicating a decrease from the previous month).
