Columns at Group Level

Hi,
I dont't know how to use columns from a certain level of grouping.

Sample: one datasource with region, person and activities. On the report, Region is grouped (for page headers).
Persons are grouped for column header per Person. In this column must be shown the activities.
I can't use the colums per page: don't matches region grouping.
I can't use the colums in detail: don't matches person grouping.

I'd try to solve this via SubReport; no luck.
How can I solve this issue?
