disperse series labels

Hi, Is is possible to disperse or offset series labels as shown in the attached image?
Having the leader lines is not critical.

Thanks Aleksey, I have done that and it works by stacking the labels one on top of each other. This is good, but can they be
displayed around the points?

UPDATE: My labels were stacked because the values of the data points I was using was the same! I should have recognized this earlier.
