set fields of text in specific line location

I'm trying to build an export file in txt. format and I need specific data to start on a certain line. As an example I need a date to be in row 1 and start on line 17. I am using millimeters for the layout. Should I be using a different layout

Could you explain your issue in more details?
As a way, you can place DataBand with CountData=17 and place your text information on the footer.
