Sorry for my previous post. It was not correct.
There is no need to put the Localization folder to the Bin folder. You need to put the Localization folder to the root directory of the Web-application (the same directory where the Bin folder and .aspx files are placed)

I put Localization in root folder of your attached example, but nothing happen.
I still see english labels on toolbar icons in StiWebViewer.
I have latest release Stimul.Report controls.
Can you make localization with "cro.xml" in your attached example and attach new example?
