Fix: Some issues with the WPF report designer and business objects.
Fix: Some problems with band drawing in the WPF report designer.
Fix: Some issues with ChildBands.
Fix: Some issues with images in the RTF text.
Fix: Some bugs with SubReports and the PrintOn property.
Fix: Some issues with the WPF print provider.
