Designer - Align to Grid

Hi,

Since a few releases the "Align to Grid" option in the Designer doesn't work as in previous versions. Now when dragging new/existing objects they get placed somewhere at 0.04 or worser - out of the corresponding band. In our reports we use centimeters with a grid size of 0.05. Margins are 1;1;1;1.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the designer and change the size in the report setup to centimeters and the grid size in the options window to 0.05.
2) Create 2 Report Title Bands for example.
3) Try to drag a new Text object to both bands with Top 0. It works fine at the upper band, but at the lower the object will get positioned at 0.04 or out of the band.

We use version 2010.2.761.0.

We made some improvements in that direction in the latest prerelease build.
