Print multiple table with empty rows on every page

Hi

I created a report with multiple table in one page.
I already set table print on all page.
But after first page the tables only appear when data printing isn't finished.Otherwise will be blank space.
Is there any solution to print every table with empty rows on every page even the table's data finished.
