Disabling "New" menu bug?

Hi,

I have a problem where the Menu New option cannot be disabled.

When I set:

StiWebDesignerSLOptions.Menu.NewEnabled = false;

On initially displaying the menu via the top left tab/button the "New" section is still available allowing users to create new reports.
If I click to the "Page", "Report" or "Designer" headings, then I can't go back to New (as expected) it is disabled.
So it appears to be an initialization issue on the menu, New is selected by default, even though New is set disabled in my code.

The problem is fixed. The patch is available in prerelease build of on 19.10.2010.
