Export to Excel not working?

With the latest Update to 2018.3.3 it is working again.
But now if we open the Exportet excel sheet we get an error message
that the file is damaged and has to be restored.
But if we klick on Yes to restore every data is where it has to be.
Tried with multiple reports and it happens erverytime even with reports
without any data.
