Variable for dynamic concatenation

OK I included a container and put a databand in it. I defined my query as the source of this new databand.

Still, even if the query itself is working perfectly, I don't get what I want. It's a real mess, some rows are displayed twice, the calculation of the variable seems to be wrong, etc. Don't understand why...
When I extract my data on my laptop, create a csv file from it and base my report on it, it's working perfectly. So I can't send it to you as you won't see the problem.
But it's not working if it's based on my DB.
Could it be a version problem? I use the 2007.1 on the server while I use the 2010.2.800 on my laptop.

Is there another solution to my first question (the variable issue) than the Group thing? If yes, I won't have to use Group components and I will be able to export to csv.
