Designer Theme

Is it possible to change the Theme of the designer? When i try and set it only the scroll bar turns to black (or silver). Also when my theme for the viewer is black and i go into design mode, design mode is blue and when i return to the viewer it revets back to the blue theme instead of the black setting. Is this normal or did i do somethign incorrect?

Unfortunately, on the current moment you cannot switch the designer theme. This is planed to realize in the first half of the next year.
