half-space character in pdf export

Hi,
I have a very simple report with only a static text in Persian language which contains a half-space (zero-width non joiner, ZWNJ) character.
When I save the report in the viewer as PDF (Export as PDF), An square appears instead of that character. I test this scenario with many fonts
that support this important character such as Arial, Tahoma, Arial Unicode and some Persian fonts. But unfortunately the problem still occurs .
What can I do to solve this? Any help is appreciated.

The report was sent to your mail. This simple report has no data, only a textbox in on a Title band.
I use StiWebViewer for export (2019.1.1 version).
