fields order and remove blank spaces

I have 8 fields with theirs label.like below:

title: data
manager: data
tel: data
.
.
.
.
email: data


I want to arrange and show them inorder and without any blank spaces.

maybe in some records some of them don't have any data.

in this forum i found an solution with set the "can shrink" property to true and set the "shrink mode" to decrease for both labels and data property.

but my labels are still available and my blank datas are gone!

somewhere datas are complete merge with each other:(

my resylt is very bad and

I didn't know what should I do
I snet both of database and the .mrt file

please help me
