Report that contains filters

I would like to know how configure the report to do NOT run the query immediately. The report contains some filters and only after the user fill these filters, the query can run

I believe it's the "Request Parameters" setting in the Report options. If set to "true" the report will wait for variables to be selected before displaying the report.
