StiWebViewerFx print size problem?

hi..

i create a report with custom size, using the height =21.6 and width = 35.6 using centimeter units. I put the component images with width=9.2 and height=5.8. when in print on paper sizes to shrink 75%. how to print the appropriate size of the original?

Hello,

The print size using WebViewerFx depends on the printer settings. Make sure that the report page size to match the size of the printer page. This must be done manually, because Flash Player cannot set these parameters automatically.

I've changed printer settings but the print is still shrinking. stiwebviewerFx I put in the frame. there a solution?

Please specify the model of your printer. Also, if possible, please check report printing on any virtual printer.

In Reports.Web version 2010.3 we improved the printing algorithm in WebVieewerFx, please download the latest version from our website.
