How to hide a label

How do you hide a label if the condition is the databand is empty????

Tried just that did not work. I set the expression to the text so basically the text with a name of txtaerialnotes I set the expression as aerialnotes.Count == 0 then disable the txtaerialnotes text where aerialnotes is the name of the databand. This did not work still have text appearing if databand is empty.
