Hyperlink to same browser tab

Hi,
I have a table in a dashboard, where one of its fields has a hyperlink to a web page (please note that I am viewing the dashboard in a browser).
When I click on it, it opens a new tab in the browser to show that web page.

How can I change that so when I click on it the new web page is open in the same browser tab?
