Add: Its own Window class is added to Silverlight.
Upd: Changes regarding border drawing in Silverlight.
Upd: Some changes in drawing of geometrical primitives.
Fix: Some problems with the DropDown menu in Silverlight.
Fix: Some problems with the Charts in Silverlight.
Fix: Some changes in Saving changes messages in Silverlight.
Fix: Some issues with the text alignment in Silverlight.

Add: New functions are added in to Silverlight: Persian, Arabic, Roman.
Add: A new type of conditions is added to the Conditions Editor in the Silverlight reports designer.
Add: The Interaction property is now supported in the Silverlight report engine (Client/Server).
Upd: Some optimization of work with Fonts in the Silverlight report designer.
