Footer is set to last page but appear in the las two pages

I,m Having this problem, I set a footer only print in last page, but in some cases it prints in the last two pages, one with the data, and the other with the summary band and the footer

In the disigner , i do not have problem, but when i go to producction in vue, using report js, I got the problem , this is the version that i have license stimulsoft-Reports.JS-2021.3.4
